My name is Natalie, I am the owner of Ace Photography, I was born in the 90s & have a passion for all things creative! Most importantly I have had a passion for photography ever since I can remember. Even as a child I would love looking at fashion, art, wedding books and would admire anything that represented the arts.
In 2018 I graduated with my diploma in photography from the Photography Institute of Australia, i have been working as a photographer ever since! Photographing weddings, families, children, people, content creating for other businesses and influencers.
I first started out in the make up and beauty industry after completing my diploma in beauty therapy. This industry is very sales based & certainly had its tough days! However I achieved a lot throughout my career from being a make-up artist on fashion shows, managing a high end salon & having my own beauty blog. I was also interviewed by cosmopolitan magazine! This now feels like a lifetime ago!
After 7 years I decided I wanted a change and became a childhood educator-yes a very BIG change! I completed my diploma at night and eventually made the switch! I worked in the industry for 4 years which was amazing as I love children! I was a room leader and once I became a mother myself I was able to take my oldest daughter to work with me.
After I moved to the highlands and had my second daughter I decided to work full time with my own businesses, Ace Photography and Avas Things. Avas Things is my own childrens clothing and baby goods label which is online and at various markets in the Southern Highlands.
I look after all aspects including design, branding and photography.

I have been able to roll all my experience over the years into my businesses and have been able to follow my passions. As Ace Photography has grown over the years I have branched off into social media management and creating content for other businesses and most fun- influencers! This is a passion I have had for many years, finally taking photos of beauty products and food as a bit of fun has now become my job!
I now live in the Southern Highlands with my two daughters Acelyn & Avaliah. I named Ace Photography after Acelyn who is now three. Avas Things was created in March 2021 just after Avaliah was born.
I love creating beautiful photos and find myself feeling completely at home when I am holding my camera. I can not wait to create photos that you will cherish forever, it is one of the most important things to me-capturing our life memories.
